Regina Spektor sounds like Vagina Spectator after only one glass of wine.

PC’s and Mac’s don’t mix, they say. In fact they are both built on the same operating.. (I started counting the raindrops at this point - sorry to Him and Her)

Certain pubs in Birmingham sell a bottle of spirits and two big bottles of Coca Cola for £16.50! I think certain pubs in the Gene Puddle should adopt this excellent idea.

Smoking in pubs is still allowed in England, just.

The Irish General Election may be interesting, thanks only to My Dear Friend’s latest offering.

Birmingham International Airport charges £1.70 for up to 30 minutes parking - which is over-priced. The fact we only parked for 5 minutes made it more of a rip-off.

You can turf a roof.

This man is either a musical genius - or a Muppet. I’m still making my mind up (listen to the sessions for Radio 6 Music for an overview).

Driving in the pouring rain down the M5 on a Sunday afternoon should not be attempted at 70+ miles an hour in a Fiat Stilo. Everyone lived - despite a bit of aqua-plaining.

I can take a shower when it is over a bath and has a curtain without flooding an entire bathroom.

My pool game has deteriorated, badly.

Sometimes, a second cup of coffee in the morning is vital to the rest of the day.

Seeing your friends put’s a smile on your face and a skip in your step. It also ensures a hangover - but you can still smile.

I’m too scared to watch the new BBC3 comedy, “Gavin and Stacey”.  Can anyone take my concerns away?  Does she (the girl supposedly from Barry Island) have a Ponty accent?  If so, I’m going nowhere near it!
